Please note that Practice Direction 25c Para 2.3 states that ‘each party should disclose whether they have already consulted any of the proposed experts about the issue(s) in question.’ This means that, on the grounds of a potential conflict of interest, the court is unlikely to allow for the instruction of an Expert from the Clinic if you have previously had a consultation with us.
