PayPal payments

For your security, we use PayPal, the world's largest online payment company. Using PayPal is free. It is also a safer, faster, more secure way to pay online – your financial details are never shared. PayPal hides your financial details so you don't have to share them online. Your purchases are protected so, just in case there's a problem, you can get your money back.

Making payment

When you have booked an appointment, we will send you an email with a link to our website, where you will be able to pay. When you receive this email:    

• click the link to our website
• scroll down to find the payment you wish to make and click the button marked 'ADD TO CART'
• you will see the message 'This item was added to your cart' - select the 'Checkout' option (or you can also click the little shopping trolley picture in the top right of the screen)
• check that you have selected the correct purchase - then click 'NEXT STEP'
• complete your address details - then click 'NEXT STEP'
• when you see the message 'Please choose your payment method'  - click 'NEXT STEP'

If you have a PayPal account:

• select 'Log in to PayPal' 
• follow the instructions

if you don not have a PayPal account:

• select 'Pay with Credit or Debit Card'
• enter your card details - then click 'Continue'
• check all the details and conclude
• you will receive email notification of your payment
